Who are we?
Hilltops Community Supports is located in Young NSW, and we proudly service Cootamundra, the wider Hilltops Region, and surrounding areas. As a family business, we are backed by 10 incredible disability support workers who are committed to providing quality care under the NDIS framework.
What makes us different?
We are experienced professionals who understand the complexities of the NDIS in Cootamundra and how to help you achieve the most from your NDIS plan. Our connections with many local NDIS Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, Clinicians, and Therapists in the Hilltops Council Young area allow us to provide tailored support for individuals with disabilities.
Additionally, we have recently expanded our services to include Garden, Lawn & Property Maintenance for NDIS participants, Aged Care, and Private Clients in Young, NSW.
What qualifications do you have?
Brooke, our director and founder, has been working within the Community Service industry since 2012, particularly focused on supporting the Cootamundra and Hilltops Council Young communities. Brooke holds a Diploma of Community Services and has qualifications in financial planning, alongside various certificates such as First Aid, Mental Health First Aid, NDIS workers Orientation, Infection Control, Safe Food Handling, and Tourism and Event planning.
Brooke manages the day-to-day operations, which include supporting our team of incredible staff and handling complex case management for NDIS participants in Young, NSW.
Fun Fact - Brooke is halfway through her Social Work Degree.
Ben is also a director, holding numerous qualifications including First Aid, NDIS workers Orientation, Infection Control, Horticulture, Vegetation Management, and Chainsaw Operations. He is also a qualified Boiler Maker.
Ben oversees the Garden, Lawn, and Property Maintenance aspects of the business, in addition to delivering NDIS supports in homes and within the community of Cootamundra and Young, NSW.
Fun Fact - From time to time, you may see Ben ducking off to his other job as a Retained Fire Fighter with NSW Fire & Rescue.
